1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Moinvitation, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Permitted Use
Moinvitation grants you a personal, non-transferable license to create and share digital invitation suites for personal or professional event celebrations.
3. Intellectual Property
All template designs, artwork, layouts, and software code remain the exclusive intellectual property of Moinvitation.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of event details and content uploaded to your digital invitations.
5. Name Customization, Event Date Locking & Support Policy
Upon completing payment for any digital invitation suite, the Groom Name and Bride Name specified during ordering are permanently locked in your invitation form and cannot be edited directly by the user.
Additionally, after the event or marriage date has passed, all event dates (including wedding date and function dates) become permanently non-editable in the form.
If you require a change to the Groom Name or Bride Name prior to the event, you must contact our official support team within 1 week (7 calendar days) of your purchase date. After 1 week from the purchase date or after the event date has passed, MOInvite holds no responsibility or liability for performing name or date alterations or modifications.
